Service Description
Our move-in / move-out cleaning is designed for homes, apartments, and units being prepared for a new tenant, owner, or move. Pricing starts at $350. This service is more detailed than a standard cleaning and may require additional time for heavy buildup, larger homes, pets, appliances, cabinets, or items left behind. Final pricing is confirmed before service. Your deposit is applied toward your final balance.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to reserve your cleaning appointment and will be applied toward your final balance. Final pricing is confirmed before service and may vary based on home size, condition, pets, access details, and selected add-ons. Standard cleaning is intended for maintained homes; first-time or heavily soiled homes may require deep cleaning. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
